It can be difficult to accurately trace your family line. There is a vast array of genealogy records available on-line to help you. However, no single genealogy site holds all the information you need to trace your family line, and sometimes research undertaken by someone else, or an AI algorithm, is incorrect and there is often no way of finding out where or how the information was obtained. More importantly, most of the older records which are needed to take your line back several generations are not available on-line.

That’s where I can help you. I undertake all levels of genealogy research, from tracing one person, to undertaking a full genealogy search that can take your family line back several generations.

I specialise in finding records that are difficult to access, or not available on-line. If your ancestors were from Bedfordshire, I can source records that date back to the 14th century, sometimes earlier. My research service is particularly helpful if you have been unable to find your ancestor(s) yourself, or if Bedfordshire is too far away for you to undertake the research yourself. 

I have my own set of original records that I have collated over the last 20 years which I can consult when undertaking your research.  Prior to setting up my own consultancy, I was the County Archive Conservator for Bedfordshire Archives. Therefore, I have a unique insight into the genealogy records held there, particularly their very early records, and I can consult these when undertaking your research. 

Once I have completed your research, I can draw up a family tree for you, and provide printed and on-line copies.
